Hired a treadmill and swiftly brought back memories of the dreaded gym and all those near perfect bodies and a few not so perfect. So, fast walking on a .6 incline for thirty minutes combines with a full body vibrating machine session of ten minutes................. can't feel the back of my legs but i'm assuming they are still there!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My recipes for youthfulness?

Do not smoke
Drink in moderation -or not at all. I go long periods in Sahara conditions:)!
Plenty of sleep and anyway, I am a grump when I don't get enough.
Moisturise !!!

At a film screening next week entitled 'Cyn' to be televised for the web series 'Make Me a Star'. Darren Gordon from DNA Manchester is the brains and the creativity behind the project. I'm looking forward to it !

Quiz Trippers - It's Official

All those weeks since those windy...very windy days in Scotland it's great to hear our 'pilot' show over five nights is the start of a series. Everyone worked so hard. The production crew were amazing including 'Cold Dave'.

I am so glad I said 'yes' to taking part. I feel priviledged to be chosen for the first week of shows. Well done everyone!!!
