Hired a treadmill and swiftly brought back memories of the dreaded gym and all those near perfect bodies and a few not so perfect. So, fast walking on a .6 incline for thirty minutes combines with a full body vibrating machine session of ten minutes................. can't feel the back of my legs but i'm assuming they are still there!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fitness Regime......Day Three
Hired a treadmill and swiftly brought back memories of the dreaded gym and all those near perfect bodies and a few not so perfect. So, fast walking on a .6 incline for thirty minutes combines with a full body vibrating machine session of ten minutes................. can't feel the back of my legs but i'm assuming they are still there!!!!!!!!!!!!!
